Statewide healthcare nonprofit

This healthcare nonprofit’s procedural knoledge spread across post-its, filing cabinets, people’s heads, server folders, and the cloud. They needed all of that information sourced, consolidated, and organized. I used their existing documentation, staff input, and administrative know-how to draft this Table of Contents.

International education nonprofit

This education nonprofit coordinates hundreds of staff and speaker flights, hotel stays, and schedules every year. They spent too much time lookng for and updating spreadsheets until this solution addressed both issues.
